I like to collect Golden Butterfly pattern dishware made by Pyrex, Corelle, and Corning from the 70's. I also collect Etienne Aigner handbags and accessories from the 70's and 80's. I have many handbags, a belt, and a pair of shoes in the signature burgundy color, but it's fun to find items that have other colors as well.
I collect cows (Mary Moos and Cow Parade) and keychains (trying for all 50 states). I knew someone in college who was a huge Hello Kitty collector. Her entire room was Hello Kitty - floor to ceiling!
Hello Kitty, Sure you can borrow one of my handbags, but you have to return it full of money! It's like filling the tank with gas when you borrow someone's car, right?
I collect paper products. No lie...postcards, baseball cards, notebooks, notes from friends (some still back from middle school, books (of course)...I don't know what it is....
