I was thrilled to receive my MP3. This Kitty is so grateful to Cheerful Fawn. We still have to figure out how to use, but I am sure once we do is going to be fun! Also, my thanks to Iguana Mom for taking our picture. Don't we look great?

Phew! After all that "mental workout" (of course, with some coaching from my personal trainer)I think I am going to have a talk with my MP3... Okay, buddy, you'll need to join me on my daily "physical workout". While you play some nice music or "read" to me a wonderful book, let's go for a walk. Years ago, I used to go for daily walks on the beach... now, I am not so lucky. I no longer live by the Ocean. So, I exercise on a stationary bike, treadmill and of course, walking the Mall shopping... well, most of the time is actually just "Window shopping". But still fun!

The eAudibook I downloaded is " Just Wait Till You Have Children Of Your Own" by Erma Bombeck. I have two sons and one of them is engaged to be married next year. I am just waiting for him to have children of his own!!!!!

A big thank you to all the folks who helped me along this Course 2.0 and for my DeeryLou friend and coach: I could not have done without you. Thanks for not giving up on me!

Here I go again! I mentioned on a previous post that I love music. I still enjoy my old time favorites and tell the truth some of this new music sometimes hurt my sensitive ears. I heard the songs posted by Emily Wallace and I totally fell in love with her song Evening Prayers. Her voice adds beauty to the lirics.

Okay. I will be as honest as a Kitty can be. On-Line learning is a great tool. But this Kitty here, has been a little bit stressed out... yeah, right, I said I was going to be honest! I have been really stressed out to the point I said: "I think I am going to give-up". Well, DeeryLou is not called The Cheerful Fawn for nothing. She came to my rescue saying "Oh No! You have come this far and I will not let you quit now. I will help you". And she has been helping me cheerfully.
I got some pictures posted on Flicker and now that I have my account I will get more involved.

I liked best the Shelfari. I am still getting used to all the Technology that keeps getting more "High Tech", however I still love curling up with my books. Right now I am multitasking reading 3 books: A New Kind of "Normal", Battlefield of the Mind, Boundaries.

There is so much out there... Navigating through Learn 2.0 has been quite an experience.This week has been sort of overwhelming for me... I am looking forward for my "catch-up" week. There is a lot more I need to learn and understand. I am getting there... slowly, but saying to myself: "I think I can..., I think I will"!I look at several Web 2.0 Award Winners, and I will be going back to explore more of the 3 I like the most: 1) One Sentence 2) Technorati 3) Last.fm

I love music! As a teenager (long time ago) my favorite Musical Group was ABBA. I still listen to their music.

This has been quite challenging for me (this Kitty would be lost without The Cheerful Fawn). My learning style I would say that I am Kinesthetic (with some coaching). I am glad to have the opportunity to be exposed to the new technologies provided by OCLS. Learn 2.0 is definitely working with my learning preference.
My curiosity about pearls led me to search on Grokker and I could not believe my eyes to the huge amount of information. I ended up looking at Mother of Pearl which is fascinating. This search helped me to satisfy my longing to know more about pearls (I love pearls!)
The sites I selected on my RSS reader are: Daily Dose of Imagery, About Vegetarian Cuisine, National Geographic, Quotes of the Day and our OCLS Orange Slices. And just like The Cheerful Fawn I could not get Cathy!!!
